About Thistle & Rabbit

Welcome to Thistle & Rabbit, a cozy, home-based early learning childcare program in Carlsbad for children ages 6 months to 3 years old with an enriching music and art curriculum. We provide a safe, nurturing space where little ones feel supported and inspired as they grow and explore.

Our days are calm and play-based, shaped by the children’s natural curiosity. We carefully observe and create experiences based on their interests, encouraging imagination through open-ended materials found in nature and around the home, all grounded in a Reggio Emilia approach to teaching.
