7:30-8:30 AM – Arrival & Free Play
8:30–9:00 AM – Morning snack
9:00–9:15 AM – Circle Time (songs, stories, movement)
9:15–10:15 AM – Atelier / Morning Provocation
10:15–11:30 AM – Outdoor Play
11:30 AM–12:00 PM – Lunch
12:00–2:30 PM – Nap / Rest
2:30–3:00 PM – Snack
3:00–3:45 PM – Rotating specials (music class, cooking lesson, yoga, gardening, etc)
3:45–4:30 PM – Outdoor Play & Pick-Up

If your child shows signs of illness while in care, you will be contacted immediately and must pick them up within one hour. Children may return once they are symptom-free for 24 hours (without medication), have completed 24 hours of antibiotics if needed, or provide a note from a healthcare provider indicating they are no longer contagious.

Please send your child with labeled items including diapers, two extra outfits, a morning snack and lunch, a water bottle or sippy cup, a hat/jacket for the weather, a comfort item (if needed), and a sleep mat and blanket for naps (12 months+). We provide wipes, afternoon snacks, sunscreen (6 months+), and crib bedding for infants.

Tuition can be paid weekly (due Friday before care begins) or monthly (due Friday before the first of the month). Accepted methods include cash, check, or electronic transfer. A $25 late fee applies if tuition is not received by Monday at 9:00 AM, plus $5 per additional late day. Chronic late payment or pick-up may result in suspension or termination of care.

No, tuition is charged on a flat weekly or monthly rate regardless of attendance. This ensures your child’s spot is held and allows us to maintain consistent staffing and operations. This policy applies to all absences, including illness, family vacations, school closures, or personal days. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us provide reliable, high-quality care.

Parents are responsible for sending a packed lunch with their child each day. We provide morning and afternoon snack which are organic and dye free. If your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know so we can make an accommodating food menu and put an action plan in place
